Lisette Hudson

VP of Planning


Lisette Hudson serves as the Vice President of Planning for Community Hospital Corporation. In this role, she manages and conducts market assessments, community health needs assessments and medical staff development plans.

 

Prior to joining CHC, Lisette served as a Manager on the Account Management team for Broadlane, a Dallas based group-purchasing organization. As Manager, her responsibilities included identifying cost savings initiatives for several acute care hospitals. She also served as the Manager of the Client Analytics and Cost Analysis team at Broadlane where she provided analytical support for Broadlane’s clients and sales initiatives. Her unique background helps support both the analytical and customer support needs of CHC hospitals and clients.

 

Lisette received a Speech Communications degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration/Master Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at LeTourneau University in Longview, teaching online Business and Leadership courses.


Executive VP

Cindy Matthews

Executive VP

As Executive Vice President, Cindy Matthews guides the strategic direction of CHC, along with providing advisory services to CHC affiliated hospitals and CHC Consulting clients.

 

With more than three decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Cindy specializes in strategy development for healthcare services. She brings expertise in the areas of growth strategies, market assessments, marketing and communications plans, medical staff recruitment planning, and service line development to CHC.

 

Before joining CHC, Cindy was a principal at healthcare consulting firm Meritage Healthcare Strategies. She also served as Vice President of Marketing at Baylor Health Care System in Dallas, Texas, where she was responsible for market development, advertising and marketing communications, market research and telemarketing.

 

Cindy received a Master of Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.

SVP of Business Development

David Domingue

SVP of Business Development

David Domingue serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development for CHC. He is responsible for business development and client relationship management.  

 

With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, David has worked with some of the nation’s leading healthcare providers and support organizations. Prior to joining CHC, he served as the Southeast Regional Manager for one of the nation’s largest healthcare planning and real estate development firms.

 

David also spent four years with the country’s leading healthcare staffing firm where he was responsible for both physician recruitment and medical staff development planning. In addition, he has worked with some of the foremost healthcare providers in the country, including Baylor Health Care System, to develop and implement specialized marketing initiatives designed to promote services and generate new patient revenue through sports and wellness programming.

 

David is Board Certified in Healthcare Administration and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science from Mississippi State University where he served as both player and coach for the MSU basketball team.

 

VP of Marketing Communications

Anne Block

VP of Marketing Communications

Anne Block serves as the Vice President of Marketing Communications for Community Hospital Corporation. In this role, she directs brand strategy, advertising and marketing communications, as well as media relations and sponsorship activities.

 

Anne brings more than two decades of strategic marketing communications and market development experience to CHC. Prior to joining CHC, she was Principal of Block Marketing Group for eight years, helping clients create market preference, develop services and launch new products.

 

Her background in healthcare, physician practice and supply chain marketing and writing includes roles with VHA Inc., Baylor Health Care System, Texas Health Resources, J. Walter Thompson Advertising and Public Relations, and the National Association for Ambulatory Care. She began her career in public relations with William Mitchell College of Law.

 

Anne received a Graduate Marketing Certificate from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, a Master of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and her Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College.

VP of Business Development, CHC Supply Trust

Philip Trent

VP of Business Development, CHC Supply Trust

Philip Trent serves as Vice President of Business Development for CHC Supply Trust, the supply chain services arm of Community Hospital Corporation and CHC Consulting. In this role, Philip is responsible for business development and client relationship management. 

 

With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Philip has worked with some of the nation’s leading healthcare providers and support organizations. Prior to joining CHC Supply Trust, he served as Director of Market Development for VITAS Healthcare, San Antonio, Texas – the nation’s largest provider of end-of-life care. Previously, he led innovative growth strategies and improved market share for various healthcare companies. Philip has also developed sales teams and reversed negative sales trends in his roles with Abbott Laboratories, TAP Pharmaceutical Products, Inc. (a division of Abbott), SAVA Senior Care, Inc., and inVentiv Health.

 

Philip earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and has completed advanced courses in strategic management and leadership.

 

Director of Physician Recruitment

Stephanie Hobson

Director of Physician Recruitment

Stephanie Hobson serves as Director of Physician Recruitment at CHC. She helps to assist CHC hospitals with physician recruitment and retention programs, while better managing costs and developing physician market strategies.

 

Prior to joining CHC, Stephanie was the Director of Physician and Clinical Operations Recruitment for MedSpring Urgent Care System. In this role, she set enterprise-wide strategy, led the recruiting team, and oversaw initiatives that aligned with the company’s expansion plans and recruiting budget. In addition, she developed and deployed highly successful physician recruitment and retention programs that helped the company establish consistent clinical service and elevate consumer trust in markets across the country. Before that role, she worked for Scott & White Health System as the System Director of Physician & Advanced Practice Professional Recruitment, leading a team of 30 recruiters and overseeing all levels of clinical, physician and executive recruitment for each of the system’s 14 hospitals.

 

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Planning Manager

Racheal Thomas

Planning Manager

Racheal Thomas is Planning Manager at CHC. Prior to joining CHC, Racheal spent three years as the Senior Financial Operational Analyst for the Performance Management & Innovation Team (PMI) at Tenet Healthcare, where she was responsible for ensuring accurate and timely operational analyses of the company’s key initiatives.

 

While at Tenet Healthcare, Racheal also served as a Cost Accountant for the PMI Team before being promoted to Senior Financial Operational Analyst. She began her finance career as a Senior Fixed Asset Accountant for Concentra Inc. She brings over a decade of experience in financial procedures and accounting to the CHC team.

 

Racheal received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas and her MBA in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas.
