VP Health Plan Contracting
As Vice President of Health Plan Contracting, David Koford negotiates and manages all health plan contracts and supports hospital physician integration initiatives. Prior to CHC, David was Vice President of Business Support for Cirrus Health where he was responsible for corporate-wide managed care and revenue cycle functions, decision support and recovery audit contractor process management.
David has 25 years of experience in managed care contracting, revenue cycle management, revenue enhancement and operations. He served as Director of Joint Ventures for PacifiCare in Texas-San Antonio, and Director of Network Services for the Methodist Healthcare System-San Antonio. David also held multiple leadership positions with Triad Healthcare, Inc., including Regional Director of Managed Care, overseeing managed care strategy and payer relations for hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and physician hospital organizations in multiple states.
David is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Managed Care Forum. He is also an HFMA Fellow. David received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Administration from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
VP Revenue Cycle
Alice Fleetwood serves as Vice President of Revenue Cycle at CHC. In this role she is responsible for providing revenue cycle consulting services to CHC hospitals and CHC Consulting clients.
Alice has over 20 years experience in healthcare operations in a wide range of settings, particularly focused around revenue cycle. Prior to joining CHC, she worked at CHS and Triad Hospitals where she was the Divisional Business Office Director and was responsible for more than 10 hospitals’ revenue cycle operations.
Her healthcare background also includes management of a collection division for 22 facilities in a central business operation. She also enjoyed working as a Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Director in several areas of the country. In addition to healthcare, Alice previously served as Loan Officer for a community bank.
Alice has a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Psychology from Louisiana State University. She qualified as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
VP Revenue Integrity
As Vice President of Revenue Integrity, Beth Kim manages and performs chargemaster, pricing, charge capture and ICD-10 reviews. Prior to joining CHC, she worked for Campbell Wilson, LLP as Senior Manager for Revenue Cycle and Claims Audit Projects.
Beth brings over 14 years of professional experience to the table, with eight in managerial positions. After beginning her healthcare career as an Intern with the Detroit Medical Center – Affiliated Internists Practice Group, Beth joined Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant before moving on to become a Manager at BearingPoint.
Along with being a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Beth’s credentials also include certification by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), recognizing a high-level of revenue cycle knowledge and excellence.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Tufts University in Boston and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
Director of Revenue Cycle
David Garcia serves as Director of Revenue Cycle where he works closely with CHC customers to increase financial performance by reviewing and optimizing processes while identifying new revenue-generating opportunities.
David comes to CHC from Nearterm Revenue Cycle Group, where was a Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant and responsible for restructuring and reorganizing revenue cycle for several of the SUNY Downstate Medical Centers in Brooklyn, New York, while providing other services. Prior to that role, David was the Central Business Office Director for Memorial Health Systems of East Texas for 10 years. He also worked at The Methodist Hospital in Houston as the Central Business Office and Government Patient Accounting Manager, as well as in patient accounting for several other healthcare organizations.
David completed courses in accounting at Durham Business College, located in Austin, Texas, and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Director of Revenue Cycle
Katrina Daughrity serves as Director of Revenue Cycle for Community Hospital Corporation. In this role, she works closely with the Vice President of Revenue Cycle to support the financial performance of hospitals owned and managed by CHC along with clients of CHC Consulting.
Most recently, Katrina worked at Methodist McKinney Hospital in McKinney, Texas, where she served for the past five years as Business Office Manager for Methodist-McKinney with oversight of the main hospital campus along with nine hospital outpatient departments for all business office functions and operations. Previously, Katrina was the Business Office Manager and
Reimbursement Specialist at Baylor Medical Center in Frisco, where she gained over nine years of revenue cycle experience. She began her career at Texoma Healthcare System.
Katrina has a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Planning from Tennessee State University, Nashville, Tenn. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
