Completed through a SIP (Standardization Incentive Program) agreement via the Biofire-HealthTrust, this contract # 5997 is under the category of Molecular Diagnostic Testing. We anticipate that CHC Supply Trust members can save $143,574 annually (in aggregate).

Your facility has been rostered onto this agreement through your membership with CHC Supply Trust effective 2/5/21 (see item pricing below). If you are a current Biofire customer, please ensure that you are receiving the new pricing on your invoices. Please reach out to your assigned CHC Supply Trust Account Director for any assistance.

If you do not currently have any spend with this supplier, no action is needed. Note that this pricing is in-place in the case that you do acquire Biofire Diagnostics testing instrumentation.
