Plano-based Community Hospital Corp., which owns, manages, and consults with hospitals nationwide, announced two new CEOs for its long-term acute-care hospitals in Kentucky.

Tuan “Tommy” Le is the new chief executive at ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Corbin in Corbin, Kentucky. And, at the ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Madisonville in Madisonville, Lee Ann Klarner has assumed the CEO role.
