As Manager of Corporate Recruitment, Cyndi Baldwin provides full-cycle recruiting support for the CHC Corporate office, focusing on creative sourcing while building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
Cyndi has more than 20 years of talent-management expertise. For the past year, she worked at AccentCare, recruiting for clinical operations, nurses and physical therapists in Home Health and Hospice in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Previously, Cyndi worked for 12 years with Tenet Healthcare in such roles as a Remote Recruiter for Tenet Physician Resources where she recruited physicians, nurse practitioners and their staff. She also served as the Manager of Corporate Recruitment for Tenet’s offices across the U.S. She began her career providing recruitment consulting for staffing companies.
Cyndi attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and is active in the Society for Human Resource Management and the Texas Special Olympics.
