Kaye Marantette

Director Quality

Kaye Marantette serves as Director Quality for CHC. In this role, she oversees quality, regulatory preparedness and clinical excellence for CHC affiliated hospitals. She also provides consulting services to Community Hospital Consulting clients.

With 30 years of clinical healthcare experience, Kaye is a high-performing nursing executive who delivers quality outcomes. She is accomplished in increasing organizational productivity, reducing staff turnover, and discovering cost-saving solutions to operational problems. Her in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations at all levels makes Kaye a helpful resource for CHC Hospitals.

Kaye joined CHC in 2016 as Chief Nursing Officer of Jellico Community Hospital. She has continued to support CHC in Interim CNO roles at ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Madisonville and Morehouse General Hospital, and CNO at Geary Community Hospital.

Before joining CHC, Kaye served as Administrative Supervisor at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, Tenn.

Kaye has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, In. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kaye is an Advanced-Board Certified Nurse Executive and is a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional-Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services (HACP-CMS) and a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional-Physical Environment (HACP-PE).
