Manager of Human Resources
Licia Lichliter is Manager of Human Resources for CHC. In this role, she works closely with the Senior Vice President of Human Resources to provide Human Resource Services to CHC managed, leased and owned facilities and for human resource consulting services. Her areas of focus include retirement plans, benefits and wellness, human resource functions, and day-to-day communication and assistance for all CHC facilities, as well as recruitment, onboarding and administration.
She joined the company as executive assistant to the president and CEO when CHC was founded in 1997. Prior, Licia served in executive assistant roles for VHA Southwest and VHA Inc., supporting national education initiatives and marketing development. Early in her career, she served as administrative assistant to the Vice President of Public Relations for Walter Bennett Communications in Dallas, supporting media relations and PR activities. She began her career in the paralegal field in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Licia earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, and a paralegal certificate from Santa Fe Community College.
