Lisa Vang
Director of Payroll
Lisa Vang serves as Director of Payroll for CHC. In this role, she works closely with the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and oversees all payroll and payroll employment tax functions for Community Hospital Corporation and its affiliated hospitals. In addition, she assists Post-Acute Services with the implementation of payroll systems for long term acute care hospitals (LTACHs) and any post-acute care facility managed by CHC and serves as technical advisor.
She has more than 20 years of experience collaborating with senior leadership, automating and managing payroll systems to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and resolving payroll system issues. Prior to joining CHC, Lisa worked as Payroll/Employment Tax Manager for Triad Hospitals, Inc. for nearly 10 years, and has held accounts receivable, payable, and junior accountant positions with PAS Financial Group of Irving, and Care Systems Corporation of Dallas.
Lisa is a Certified Payroll Professional and an active member of the National and Dallas American Payroll Association. She received her Associate of Science degree in Computerized Business Administration from ATI in Dallas.
