Michael Morgan

SVP Strategic Analysis

Michael Morgan serves as Senior Vice President, Strategic Analysis for CHC. In this role, he provides analytical support to CHC hospitals including cash flow forecasting, evaluation of debt refinancing opportunities, and service line financial performance analysis. He also thoroughly evaluates opportunities for organizational growth, ensuring that CHC makes sound decisions regarding new ventures.

Michael originally joined CHC in December 2014 as Director of Due Diligence. His background in finance and operations has focused on healthcare-specific analysis, modeling and valuation. Prior to joining CHC, he served as Senior Analyst for the Strategic Analysis division of Horizon Health Corporation, a behavioral health management company in Lewisville, Texas. In addition, he served in a similar capacity as Senior Analyst for VMG Health, LLC of Dallas, Texas, providing business valuation and transaction advisory services related to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, diagnostic imaging centers, and physician practices. Michael was also Manager of Finance and Operations for RentRange, LLC, Denver, Colorado, performing financial analysis and serving as liaison with private investor groups.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. He holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University.
