Nancy Lloyd
VP Human Resources Post-Acute Services
Nancy Lloyd is Vice President of Human Resources for Post-Acute Services for CHC. In this role, she works closely with the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the Senior Vice President of Post-Acute Services to provide human resource expertise and services to the CHC ContinueCare division, including support for new business efforts, and human resource leadership and operational assistance for start-up facilities.
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, she has implemented initiatives that develop the workforce, increase employee satisfaction and improve employer standing. Before joining CHC, Nancy held human resource leadership roles with med fusion of Dallas, ProTom International, Solis Women’s Health, Global Rehab Management and Accuro Healthcare Solutions.
Nancy’s human resource experience with specialty/long-term acute care hospitals draws from her role with SemperCare, Inc., where she led their regional and national human resource and recruitment strategies until the company was acquired by Select Medical Corp. Nancy also served as Director of Employment – Human Resources for the Baylor Health Care System for nine years.
Nancy has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Nebraska and earned a Master of Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University.
