Paula Brandon

VP Quality and Clinical Support

Paula Brandon, R.N., serves as Vice President, Quality and Clinical Support at CHC. In this role, she supports the clinical excellence for CHC affiliated hospitals and provides consulting services to Community Hospital Consulting clients.

As an experienced healthcare leader, Paula has held a variety of roles with responsibility over a broad range of clinical, ancillary and administrative support services for acute care organizations ranging in size from 100 to 1000 beds.

Before joining CHC, Paula was with the University of Texas Health Science Center in Tyler, where she served as Regional Director of the Northeast Region and Program Director of the Center for Rural Community Health.

Previously, Paula spent over 17 years with Good Shepherd Health System as System Senior VP, Organizational Excellence in Longview, Texas and VP of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer in Marshall, Texas. Paula has served as a CNO for more than 20 years.

Paula has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tenn. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo. and a Diploma, Nurse Practitioner from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, Ark.  Paula is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
