Shelle Diehm

VP Hospital Finance

As Vice President of Hospital Finance, Shelle Diehm works with designated CHC hospitals to plan, organize and implement financial strategies. In this role, she helps identify, collect and analyze all relevant metrics and financial data to ensure maximum hospital financial performance. She also provides consulting to hospital financial leaders on tactics to improve their financial operations and offers advice on best practices.

With over 25 years in the industry, Shelle brings a diverse background of healthcare experience to the team. Before being promoted to her current position, Shelle served several years as Interim Field CFO for CHC. She also performed additional roles both as Controller and Manager of Special Projects.

Prior to joining CHC, Shelle consulted with Northwest Allied Physician Group in Tucson, Arizona. Previously, she has worked as Interim Roving CFO for Triad Hospital; as a Financial Consultant for Professional HealthCare Search and Consultants; and in CFO positions for Orinda, Columbia, and HealthTrust, Inc. In addition to this, she has 10 years of experience as a permanent hospital CFO and 10 years of interim experience in healthcare IT conversions and internal audit.

Shelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of West Florida, Pensacola, Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
