Tina Kerstetter-Kennedy is Compensation Manager for Community Hospital Corporation. In this role she applies HR Compensation expertise to develop and implement compensation structures, policies and procedures. She has worked at CHC since 2019, when she joined as Senior Compensation Analyst.
Tina’s consistent approach to compensation and industry knowledge benefit CHC, its owned and managed hospitals and CHC consulting clients.
Before joining CHC, Tina worked a Senior Compensation Analyst, Manager and Director at Tenet Healthcare in Dallas, where she spent 12 years supporting and overseeing the design, integration and administration of standardized compensation programs for Tenet’s 3,300 corporate leaders/staff and hospital C-Suite leaders across more than 80 locations.
Tina has a Bachelor of Science, Information Systems from the University of Michigan, Dearborn, Mich. and a Bachelor of Arts, Human Resources from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Mich.
